Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering training sessions to clients or team members as needed. The role also involves analyzing market trends, generating leads, and driving revenue growth through effective team and sales management practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance team capabilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies proactively
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
