About the Role
CAIR is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our Motorized Valves, Electrical Actuators, and Automation Solutions across the Steel, Power, Water, Chemical, Oil & Gas, and Process industries. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, technically inclined, and passionate about industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads in Steel plants, Power plants, Water treatment plants, Chemical industries, Oil & Gas plants, EPCs, OEMs, and industrial automation segments.
Conduct customer visits, product demos, and technical discussions.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable CAIR actuator & valve solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow-up with clients, negotiate and close orders.
Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and digital promotions.
Maintain MIS reports, sales pipelines, and customer databases.

Required Skills
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Understanding of Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation products.
Ability to handle technical sales and field visits.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation (preferred).
1–3 years experience in industrial product sales (freshers can apply).
