Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns, providing sales training, and managing sales performance. Qualifications
- Strong competencies in Sales, including identifying opportunities, achieving targets, and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in Sales Management with skills in planning, implementing sales strategies, and leading sales initiatives
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Ability to deliver Training programs to enhance team performance and meet organizational objectives
- Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in industrial sales or steel manufacturing industry is a plus
