Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include driving sales activities, managing marketing initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The Specialist will also assist in training team members, overseeing sales operations, and contributing to the development of effective strategies to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Strong Sales skills, including the ability to meet targets and close deals
- Experience in Training and Sales Management for team development and operational oversight
- Ability to analyze marketing trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and technologies is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record in sales and marketing roles is a plus
- Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
