Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The responsibilities include strategizing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction. Additional tasks include tracking market trends, delivering product information to potential and current customers, and contributing to team training and development in sales techniques and methods.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and achieving targets.
- Experience in Training sales teams and providing mentorship to improve performance.
- Knowledge of the industrial raw materials or manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in market research, Microsoft Office, and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, requiring both on-site and remote collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
