Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving targeted sales goals. The specialist will also manage sales teams, oversee training programs, and ensure alignment with the company's values and objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience and expertise in Sales, with a proven record of achieving targets
- Skills in Training and Sales Management to develop and lead teams effectively
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with eco-friendly products and sustainability practices is a plus
