Be Natural Organics Foods & Cereals is looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to help expand our brand and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and develop new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Manage social media platforms and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and implement product marketing and content marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow sales across e-commerce platforms.
- Create engaging marketing content and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends and contribute innovative marketing ideas.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, marketing, productivity, and sales processes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident, hardworking, self-driven, and eager to learn.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales.
- Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar) for content creation, research, marketing, and workflow optimization.
- Good organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
