Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Faridabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Specialist will engage in customer relationship management, sales strategy implementation, marketing initiatives, client acquisition, and customer training. Additionally, they will oversee sales processes, manage accounts, and contribute to the achievement of organizational sales objectives while ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Customer Acquisition skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities, with a focus on relationship building
- Experience in Training and educating clients or team members
- Ability to develop marketing initiatives and strategies
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the textile, dyes, or chemicals industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
