Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training, and managing sales operations. The specialist will work closely with the team to achieve business goals and support the company's growth in the competitive security and management services market.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and achieve business objectives.
- Ability to conduct impactful Training sessions for the sales team, ensuring consistent performance improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the security or services industry is an advantage.
