Role Description
This full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Kharagpur. The role involves managing sales initiatives, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and distributors. Responsibilities include driving product sales, enhancing market presence, conducting market research, supporting customer engagement, and training team members to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales management team to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies, meeting targets, and managing sales pipelines.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in Training team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in the sales or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market conditions and adapt strategies to different customer needs and regional preferences.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
