Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual in this role will oversee sales and marketing activities, including developing and executing marketing strategies, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing product training, and delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating with various teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop strategies and drive performance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
- Capability to provide Training and oversee customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills, with prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous
- Knowledge of the steel or construction materials industry is a plus
