Role Description
This is an internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, supporting AssignInc’s mission to empower brands through digital solutions. The role is hybrid and based in Jaipur, offering flexibility with partial work-from-home options. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts with strategic planning and training initiatives. Interns will also assist with marketing campaigns and work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth through relationship building.
- Experience or interest in Training and mentoring activities to support team and client development.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently or in a team dynamic.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM software or marketing platforms is a bonus.
- A relevant degree or background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
