Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and converting leads, managing client relationships, implementing sales strategies, conducting sales presentations, and working closely with customers to understand and meet their travel needs. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for team members, and assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve targets and close deals
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
- Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Past experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
