About the Role
We are looking for a City Head – Sales to lead end-to-end business operations and drive revenue growth for the assigned city.
This is a leadership role with complete ownership of sales performance, team management, and market expansion. You will be responsible for building and scaling the city from the ground up, driving both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Ownership & Revenue
- Own the city P&L, revenue targets, and overall business performance
- Drive consistent pipeline generation and closures across segments
- Identify new growth opportunities and expansion areas within the city
Sales Leadership
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing field sales team (BDMs & Team Leads)
- Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams
- Personally intervene in key deals and strategic accounts
Market Expansion
- Develop and execute city-level go-to-market strategy
- Expand presence across target segments (F&B, hospitality, retail, gyms, etc.)
- Establish strong on-ground visibility and brand presence
Operations & Cross-functional Alignment
- Work closely with operations, service, and product teams to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor customer onboarding, installation, and service quality
- Drive process improvements for better efficiency and customer experience
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the face of the company in the city
- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership

Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in sales (B2B / field sales preferred)
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering revenue targets
- Experience in handling city/regional roles or similar leadership positions
- Strong business acumen with ability to manage P&L
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English & Hindi (regional language preferred)
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
