Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and offering training to clients and team members as needed to drive revenue and business success.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Experience in Training to mentor team members and support skill development in others.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing software tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
