Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Noida. The role involves driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, executing marketing strategies, and providing training to sales teams. Responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, overseeing sales management processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Proven skills in Sales and identifying business opportunities
- Experience in Training and mentoring teams to achieve sales goals
- Strong abilities in Sales Management, including tracking performance and ensuring team alignment with targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in marketing or sales roles is advantageous
