You’ll lead conversations with founders, understand their shipping pain points — RTOs, delayed deliveries, high courier costs — and show them how Vamaship can power their next stage of growth. Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding
- Manage inbound leads and build your own outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
- Understand each client’s business model and tailor the right logistics or SaaS solution
- Collaborate with operations, key account management, and product teams to ensure smooth client activation
- Track performance on CRM, maintain follow-ups, and drive conversions with precision
- Meet and exceed revenue targets while delivering value that keeps clients coming back
Qualifications
- 3–9 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / logistics / D2C sales or business development
Required Skills
- Strong communicator — fluent, persuasive, and comfortable talking to decision-makers
- Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying business pain points and offering data-backed solutions
- Self-driven, process-oriented, and hungry to hit ambitious targets
- Comfortable using CRMs, automation tools, and AI-assisted sales workflows
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in logistics, SaaS, or D2C enablement with an understanding of the ecosystem
