The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly target.
- Utilize best practices for sales methodology.
Qualifications.
- MBA/BBA in Sales or relevant field.
- A passion for new business sales as well as keenness to grow existing relationships.
- A spirited and result oriented individual with the ability and ambition to create a mutual win-win situation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and self motivated.
- Ability to take charge and deliver on results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
- 1-2 years in Sales or relevant field.. Experience in Edutech industry experience is a must.
