Role Description
ALLMASK is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its team in Vasai for a full-time, on-site role. The primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying potential clients, training team members, and handling sales management activities to drive business growth. Collaboration with marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns is also an integral part of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management for meeting targets and leading sales initiatives successfully.
- Ability to provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in skincare or beauty industry sales is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
