Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing sales activities, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing sales strategies. The specialist will also facilitate product training for clients, respond to inquiries, and develop marketing initiatives to promote distributed products effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively address client requirements and inquiries
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals
- Experience in Training customers or team members on product features and usage
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment or familiarity with the scientific industry is an added advantage
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
