Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Sales and Marketing Specialist who will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Akademiq. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, reaching out to potential clients, and actively promoting Akademiq's platform to coaching centers and tutors. Day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging in customer communications, providing product demonstrations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The selected candidate will also train customers on the platform and collaborate with the team to optimize sales goals and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive acquisition and manage client relationships
- Experience in delivering Training sessions to customers or team members
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Background in the EdTech industry or experience working with coaching centers is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
