Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home options. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales efforts, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Key tasks include promoting products and services, engaging with clients, training team members, tracking sales and marketing performance, and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build relationships and address client needs
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in Training to guide team members and improve team performance
- Results-oriented with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, balancing responsibilities in-office and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools or CRM platforms is a plus
