Role Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting client training sessions. Additionally, you will contribute to sales management efforts to achieve organizational growth targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster strong client relationships and address client needs effectively.
- Proven experience and skills in Sales and Sales Management to strategize, implement, and monitor sales plans.
- Ability to conduct client Training sessions for onboarding, product usage, and enhancing user engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools or SaaS products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
