Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The specialist will execute sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and support marketing initiatives to drive business growth. This role involves managing client interactions, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for teams, and supporting sales management efforts to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to conduct Training for teams and contribute to the professional development of staff.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and standard office software.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the personal care or cosmetics industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
