Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in South Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves working closely with prospective students, partners, and internal teams to drive sales and enrollment. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales strategies, and conducting training sessions to develop marketing initiatives. The position also requires identifying growth opportunities, implementing sales objectives, and representing Aeroclan Aviation in external meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships
- Experience in delivering Training and marketing initiatives effectively
- High level of organizational and planning abilities to execute sales strategies efficiently
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in the aviation or education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
