Role Summary
Advaya CoLiving is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to support our mission of creating meaningful senior community living experiences. This role will focus on generating leads, building relationships, increasing brand visibility, and driving occupancy growth.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about creating impactful marketing initiatives and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Success in this role means consistently generating quality leads, building strong customer relationships, increasing awareness of Advaya CoLiving, and contributing directly to occupancy growth and brand expansion. You will play an important role in helping families discover a trusted senior living community.
How This Role Fits Into the Organization
The Sales & Marketing Executive will work closely with leadership, operations, and customer-facing teams to strengthen Advaya CoLiving’s outreach efforts. This role contributes directly to the organization’s growth by connecting families with our senior living services and helping expand our community presence.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase occupancy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, channel partners, and community networks
• Conduct follow-ups, customer interactions, and site visit coordination
• Manage digital marketing activities across social media, campaigns, and online promotions
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, events, and local outreach programs
• Track sales performance and prepare reports on lead conversion activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication and experience
• Support branding initiatives and represent Advaya CoLiving at events and promotional activities
QualificationsSkills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Hospitality, Healthcare, Real Estate, or related industries
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong learning attitude may also apply
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CRM tools and lead management
• Experience in community engagement or customer relationship roles
• Valid driving license is an added advantage
