Job Responsibilities
* Generate new business for Air Freight, Sea Freight (Import & Export), Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing, and Contract Logistics.
* Identify and develop new corporate customers across manufacturing, engineering, automotive, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and other industries.
* Meet monthly sales and gross profit targets.
* Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates with customers.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Conduct regular customer visits and business development meetings.
* Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
* Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and customer visit reports.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
* Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, networking events, and customer meetings.
Requirements
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain Sales.
* Good knowledge of International Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, and Transportation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales.
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
