Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Aligarh for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with customers, providing training, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. The role involves working closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to develop strategies, meet sales goals, and analyze market trends
  • Experience in Training and ability to coach team members to achieve objectives
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
