Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Jamnagar. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying leads, managing customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, providing customer assistance, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met. The specialist will also analyze market trends, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for business development.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to conduct Training and skill development sessions for teams and clients.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for market analysis and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.
