Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jaipur. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing customer service, ensuring effective training for team members, and exploring new market opportunities. The specialist will play a key role in achieving sales targets and fostering customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with an ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including planning and executing successful sales strategies
- Experience in Training and coaching team members to meet organizational goals
- Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to the implementation of innovative marketing plans
- Highly motivated with organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in the bathroom products or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
