Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in the agri-domain. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting customer training, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth. The individual will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, identify new business opportunities, and drive company initiatives to promote products and enhance market presence. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve organizational goals will also be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and oversee effective sales strategies.
- Experience in delivering Training programs to educate clients or team members on products and services.
