Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Prepare sales reports, collection status reports, and market intelligence.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience or knowledge of the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) or construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
