The Role: More Than SalesThis is not just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to represent knowledge, build industry relationships, and influence business conversations.
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will:
- Act as the face of SERC, engaging with corporates, and institutions
- Drive subscription growth, partnerships, and business development initiatives
- Identify new opportunities across industrial sectors, associations, and enterprises
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring value-driven engagement
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, outreach strategies, and brand positioning
- Conduct presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions on SERC’s offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to align market needs with content and services
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who combines commercial acumen with intellectual curiosity.
You should have:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proven track record in sales or marketing, with the ability to achieve targets
- A customer-first mindset, with problem-solving and adaptability
- Confidence in presenting ideas and training stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- An interest or exposure to industrial sectors (steel, metals, manufacturing) is a plus and needed
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
