Marketing & Sales Associate – AI & SaaS
Remote · 2–3 Years Experience · Flexible Hours with Some Overlap
About ShiftX AI
We build AI systems for the real world — enterprise platforms, intelligent agents, and our own products: Solvik (AI-powered testing) and BiddingHub (patented workforce scheduling). We’re a team of about 20, growing deliberately, and we need someone who can help bring what we’ve built to the customers who need it most.
The Role
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product storytelling, and customer relationships. You won’t just be running campaigns or cold-emailing lists. You’ll be helping us figure out how to talk about complex AI products in a way that resonates with enterprise buyers — and then having those conversations yourself.
You’ll work directly with the founders on go-to-market strategy, which means your input shapes how we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage potential enterprise and SaaS customers through targeted outreach
- Drive lead generation efforts — LinkedIn campaigns, email sequences, and partnerships
- Craft product messaging, sales decks, and materials that communicate technical value without drowning in jargon
- Schedule and coordinate product demos and discovery calls with prospects
- Collaborate with founders on sales strategy, pricing conversations, and market positioning
- Manage your pipeline — track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Help build ShiftX AI’s brand presence and thought leadership online
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B marketing, or business development
- You understand AI and tech products well enough to have credible conversations with technical buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain complex things simply
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM platforms, and modern sales tools
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
Bonus Points
- Experience selling at a startup or early-stage company where you had to build the playbook, not just follow one
- Familiarity with AI industry trends and the enterprise software landscape
