Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting Rams AppSuite’s software solutions to prospective clients, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The representative will conduct product demonstrations, support client onboarding through training and guidance, and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns, gathering market feedback, preparing sales reports, and representing the company at meetings, events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Training and client onboarding support.
- Relevant experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, preferably in travel or service industries.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
