Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role involves building relationships with customers, promoting Paal Dappa’s products, driving sales initiatives, and developing innovative marketing strategies. The individual will engage with potential and existing customers to deliver exceptional customer service, conduct sales and product training, and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a result-driven mindset
- Familiarity with the dairy or FMCG sector is a plus
- Proficiency in regional languages and local market knowledge is highly valued
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
