Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, promoting the company's solutions, conducting sales presentations, and generating leads. The role also involves providing customer service, offering product demonstrations, delivering training, and assisting clients in onboarding to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and drive brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships and address client needs effectively
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and Sales & Marketing strategies, including lead generation and client acquisition
- Experience in Training clients and offering product demonstrations to ensure successful onboarding
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of housing society management solutions or real estate technologies is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
