Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively research upcoming office expansions, new commercial hubs (e.g., Golf Course Extension, Cyber City), and industrial developments.
Outreach: Connect with Procurement Managers, Admin Heads, and Facilities Directors via LinkedIn and professional networking.
Site Surveys & Client Meetings: Conduct site visits, understand space requirements (pantry, workstations, cabins), and present company portfolios.
Bidding & Proposals: Participate in financial bidding and reverse auctions; coordinate with the design team to prepare competitive quotes.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain a database of architects, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and real estate brokers who can provide project leads.
