Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Indore. The Sales and Marketing Representative will identify and engage prospective customers, present products or services, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and events, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing responsive customer service. The role involves supporting marketing initiatives, such as promotional activities, basic market research, and coordination with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns. The representative will also prepare sales reports, track performance against targets, and participate in training and team meetings to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing to generate leads, convert prospects, and support promotional activities.
- Ability to deliver Training related to product knowledge and basic sales processes when needed.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Indore, with the ability to meet performance targets and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of market research, CRM tools, and sales reporting is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
