Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sales and Marketing Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, providing training on products, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves active customer interaction and collaboration with the team to meet sales goals while delivering a superior client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Expertise in Sales & Marketing to create and implement effective strategies
- Experience in providing Training and educating clients about products or services
- Proficiency in time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Competence in market research and data analysis
- Understanding of global trade, sourcing, or procurement processes is a plus
