Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Vadodara. The representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, promote electrical panel solutions, and build relationships with industrial and commercial customers. Daily activities include meeting prospective clients, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with technical and production teams to understand product specifications, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order execution. In addition, the representative will support marketing activities such as attending industry events, gathering market intelligence, and contributing to promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals in industrial markets.
- Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of electrical panels or industrial electrical products, or be willing to learn technical details.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time-management abilities, with competence in basic computer and documentation tools.
- Candidates should preferably hold a diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and have prior experience in B2B or industrial sales.
