Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The representative will develop and execute sales strategies, promote services to potential clients, build and maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process. Responsibilities include fostering partnerships, providing product or service training to clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in sales and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Experience in sales & marketing, including marketing campaigns and building brand presence
- Ability to train clients on tools or services to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
