Role Description The Sales and Marketing Operations Manager is a full-time role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. This role oversees end-to-end marketing operations, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that support sales pipeline growth and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing automation platforms, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy for sales and marketing activities. The role collaborates closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies, streamline processes, and implement best practices that improve conversion rates and operational efficiency. The manager will also drive continuous improvement in tools, workflows, and documentation to support scalable growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Marketing Operations and Operations Management skills to design, manage, and optimize sales and marketing processes.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills to interpret data, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Automation experience to configure, maintain, and improve tools and workflows across campaigns and lead management.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams, managing CRM systems, and supporting pipeline management and forecasting is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional technical environments.
- Prior experience in B2B technology, engineering services, or product companies, ideally within the Greater Bengaluru Area, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing operations, analytics, or CRM platforms are a plus.
