🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition and revenue growth efforts. You will identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and position the comapny as the go-to media partner for brands looking to make an impact across India.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across industries looking to advertise through outdoor, airport, transit, print, and electronic media
- Conduct in-person meetings and pitches with prospective clients across Kolkata and target markets
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with marketing managers, brand heads, and media buyers
- Create compelling media proposals and presentations tailored to client objectives
- Collaborate with the internal creative and media planning teams to deliver integrated campaign pitches
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting to leadership
- Follow up on leads with on-ground visits to convert prospects into long-term accounts
- Stay updated on OOH, airport, and media industry trends to identify emerging opportunities
✅ What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, media sales, or advertising agency roles
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel across the city
- Strong understanding of outdoor/OOH, print, transit, or airport advertising is a significant advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong client-first attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Candidates must be based in Kolkata
