We are looking for a dynamic Sales And Marketing Manager to expand our market presence and build long-term customer relationships.
Job Summary
The Sales And Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales of label printing and converting machines across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong technical sales experience in printing, packaging, converting machinery, or related industrial equipment, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new customers in the label, packaging, flexible packaging, and commercial printing industries.
- Generate qualified sales leads through exhibitions, referrals, digital platforms, and direct customer outreach.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with converters, printers, packaging companies, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable machine configurations.
- Conduct customer visits and technical discussions.
Sales Process Management
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct machine presentations and live demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Follow up consistently until order closure.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new technologies.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging customer requirements.
Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support customers during installation, commissioning, and after-sales handover.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting
- Maintain CRM records and update sales activities.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and monthly business reviews.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- 5–10 years of B2B industrial machinery sales experience.
- Experience in printing, packaging, converting, flexographic printing, or label industry is highly preferred.
