We are hiring Management Trainees to support functions such as inside sales, client coordination, and database research. This is a hands-on role where the scope of work may vary based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing
- Coordinate with clients for ongoing campaigns and requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
- Work with internal teams to support smooth execution.
Inside Sales
- Connect with potential clients through calls and emails.
- Generate and qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Support the business team in building a strong pipeline.
Database Research
- Identify target companies and relevant decision-makers.
- Build and maintain structured databases.
- Support campaigns with basic market research and insights.
Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Sales preferred).
- Clear communication skills and confidence in client interaction.
- Basic working knowledge of Excel.
- Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
- Open to working in a target-driven environment.
