Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Management Trainee for an on-site, full-time role located in Indore. In this position, you will assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies, provide excellent customer support, engage in revenue generation activities, and collaborate with team members to meet objectives. You will also be involved in training and learning opportunities to develop a fundamental understanding of sales management and business development processes to pave your way to a long, rewarding career within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Sales and Sales Management expertise, including the ability to pitch ideas and develop client solutions
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and demonstrate leadership potential
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for pursuing measurable results
- Familiarity with marketing principles and a willingness to develop professional skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields is preferred
- Previous experience or internships in sales or marketing are a plus
