Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee situated in the Greater Kolkata Area. The individual in this role will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include learning and supporting sales operations, collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals, contributing to training initiatives, and aligning sales efforts with the company's marketing strategies. This role also offers a growth-driven opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop leadership skills in sales and marketing management.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Fundamental understanding of Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and manage accounts efficiently.
- Experience in Training and coaching to work as part of a team and develop individual and team performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Prior exposure to agricultural or international trade industries is a plus but not mandatory.
