Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The trainee will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop skills in areas such as customer relationship management, sales strategy implementation, and marketing campaign execution. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing support, conducting market research, and assisting in the planning and execution of sales strategies. The role provides hands-on training with a focus on leadership development and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships.
- Basic understanding of Sales techniques and a willingness to learn and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Ability to support and contribute to Sales Management, including participating in training programs and team collaboration.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising concepts is a plus.
