Role Overview
We are looking for a Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing to support our outbound growth efforts.
This role is focused on lead generation and outreach, with the primary goal of booking meetings with decision-makers at target companies. You will be responsible for driving outbound efforts and contributing directly to pipeline generation.
You will work closely with the sustainability team in identifying prospects, executing outreach, and improving messaging through continuous learning and iteration.
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach (Primary Focus)
· Build and maintain target account lists based on defined criteria
· Identify relevant decision-makers
· Execute personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn
· Follow up consistently to drive engagement and responses
· Track outreach activities and responses in a CRM or structured tracker
2. Research & Personalization
- Conduct company research to understand:
- business context
- sustainability / ESG initiatives
- Use insights to personalize outreach and improve response rates
- Identify relevant hooks and conversation starters
3. Marketing Support
· Support creation of LinkedIn posts and short-form content based on outreach insights
· Assist in refining messaging, email templates, and positioning
· Support development of pitch decks and sales materials
